Keep your receipt safe on leaving the store. I got accused of shop lifting for no apparent reason that was explained to me, and that was before I was never even asked if I had a receipt to prove that I had bought my goods. The security seem to assume that you are guilty. They did not even apologise. Just remember to get a receipt for everything you purchase their, especially at the self service( which ironically gives you a choice on payment wether you want one or not) or you could find yourself in deep trouble. I don't think it's worth the risk using this store just in case you lose, forget, or don't ask for a receipt. They should presume that people are innocent until proven guilty, but this is a right they do not acknowledge. I was just glad I still had my receipt on me. Keep it handy just in case.
Staff always friendly and helpful. Too many good offers. So tempting!
No sanitizer available or even guided to on entry. Unlike Morrisons where i normally shop which practices much safer covid 19 policy on entry. If essential stores are the only business open then they should be far more responsible.
