My glasses have been taped together since lockdown started and today I visited the store to sort out a new pair. What great service. Optician was great and the lovely lady who helped me choose new glasses was so helpful. Just have to wait for them to arrive

Quite a busy opticians. There are plenty of different glasses to try on and the staff are very helpful. Free parking in the store car park.

Broke my glasses last night, rang store this morning not expecting them to be open. Lovely lady answered phone and told me to pop in anytime today. I arrived 30 mins later, lovely chap repaired glasses on spot with no charge. Fabulous service, happy customer. Thank you

What amazing service. Son broke his glasses at work . I called yesterday and left a message as only doing emergency appointments due to lockdown . Dorothy promptly called back and was most helpful . Glasses were fixed this morning. Can't thank you enough Dorothy . Once everything gets back to normal we will both be back for our regular check ups . Keep up the good work.

Nightmare of a place ... it's a major struggle just to get through on the phone in the first instance - no updates if orders are delayed, you'll need to chase up \If you can get through by phone\, I've sometimes resorted to driving in from miles away as I've been that desperate. Today I was informed that I can't book an eye test for the end of January as they were unable to plan 6 - 7 weeks ahead ...no doubt I will not get the appointment needed. Really need to change opticians ... it's a shame that they have no regard for their customers and no understanding of how valuable time is to busy working people!
