Cheap, never too crowded, and staff are always friendly and helpful. A great local supermarket!
For amazing staff and help they give, they are pleasing and keep a smile on their faces in a difficult time. However management need to protect staff and customers more , some customers are passing even body touch and they are not following Government and management rules. I became stressed as a customer pushed passed me another had her trolley in my back. It's not acceptable especially for your wonderful staff who go over and beyond.
Great little store on my doorstep. Has almost everything i need. Would of been 5 stars but few members of staff there are rude and have NO thought or care for social distancing. HOWEVER two members of staff DO stand out and are fab. Jackie and lindsey (sorry if ive spelt your name wrong) Theyre both very helpful and always ask how i am and ask after my family. Jackie often serves me or is around when im using self serve and is always more than happy to help. Lindsey is usually on the parcel collection desk and is very helpful there. Shes always paitent and helps with any parcel query quickly. There is one other staff member that stands out too but i dont know his name, hes an older gentleman, works on the tills and desk. Hes very polite and helpful too. Its a shame some of the other members or staff dont take a leaf outta their book!
Bad staff Very disappointed saying stuff to other staff member about me and my kids!
