Online shopping had been an absolute nightmare with Asda. Got my shopping yesterday- the conditioner bottle broken and all of it spilled over fruits and vegetables. Meats all expiring the next day. Veg bruised and broken. When I asked the driver what's going on, he said Asda's employing literally anyone now with no or little training given. Nowhere to complain or call. Going shopping personally is not much better- a safety message to wear masks is blasted out every few minutes, but their own staff don't wear masks.

Good prices all round with Asda, staff working hard whenever I go. Queues are often disgustingly long however, and the customer service desk is off putting so I haven’t been able to return a faulty product. Be prepared and try go at a time where you aren’t in a rush.
Despite London being in TIER 4 it was choking with customers with their faux counting of numbers. We were queued up and staff were opening up counters to serve each other quickly. It was disgusting. When I queried the behaviour I was told I could not query them or take pictures... Well I did. I complained to the manager a P Kumar who informed me that the information will take ages to complete. They take us for granted. I am disgusted.
The only positive thing that could be said about this Asda is its location, other than that, its a completely disastrous place to shop in. Staff are rude, the security are a nuisance and nothing is ever in its place.
