Really nice. Great atmosphere and amazing food. It's not the biggest of restaurants and booking is a must, however the feel of the place is lovely and you can tell the staff love working here. The food was amazing, you won't leave hungry. It can get noisy but not too loud that you cannot talk to others. It is not really a children's place and would recommend adults only.

Lovely Lockdown Lunch! It's good to see local businesses adapting to keep trading and serving their customers during these difficult times. Ascotts yorkshire pudding wraps are a great option if you want a restaurant quality sunday roast at home with no hassle. We went for the beef, the wraps were filled with tender roast beef, roasted parsnips and greens, they were delicious and came with two pots of gravy that must have been made with the meat stock as it was amazing. You can pay over the phone for collection or delivery. They also have sides of creamed leeks and pancetta, roasted garlic and thyme potatoes, cauliflower cheese, sweet potato mash or honey roast parsnips and carrots. We chose to top ours up from our freezer which still made a delicious sunday roast with very little effort.
