I can confidently recommend this company to provide automated gates exactly as you'd imagine them... From the outset, the approach taken by Ollie and team was to deliver perfection and totally delight the customer. It started with the design, where nothing was too much trouble. We reviewed various options and finally decided on a hybrid design incorporating elements that we really liked but had not been seen together. We were kept up to date on progress and all work undertaken was painstakingly accurate and most importantly, clean, whilst creating minimal disruption to our access. The team were keen to keep us in the loop on any minor decisions and during the works being completed we thought about various options to improve the overall solution. In summary, polite, eager to please and flexible in approach.. and the most important thing, no hidden little extras to be concerned about... 10/10, which isn't given lightly!
I called Ollie at 9am and he arrived by 10.30am to have a look at my gates. He tried to fix them on the spot but he needed a part so ordered that immediately. He quoted me a price on the spot and that was the price I paid. He then arrived two days later and fitted the part and all is working well. I would not hesitate to recommend Ascot Automation, I have used other companies but the service I received from Ollie was second to none
I asked for an electric gate quote from Ollie. It arrived on time with easy to understand details and options. I decided to go ahead with a good price and a project schedule. Everything happened on time, with Ollie constantly explaining what he was doing. The end result is really excellent. I am delighted with his recommendations, the price, the quality of the work and the finished job. It looks great and works perfectly. I have absolutely no problem in recommending Ollie for any gate jobs. Ollie is a very engaging, professional young man who does an excellent job. I would be more than happy to allow interested prospects to come to my house and see the finished result.
