I cannot thank Ascend enough. Me and my girlfriend have been looking for flats for a good while and have had talks with various estate agents but Ascend have by far been the best. They have been extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process, making sure we are both happy with every step of securing our apartment. I would highly recommend them. Ascend helped make my move to Liverpool so much smoother! Even though we couldn’t have an in-person viewing, they (Joseph in particular) still accommodated and answered any queries I had about the property swiftly. The process of moving in was straightforward and smooth. I’m very happy with my first encounter with Ascend Properties.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. I was interested in a property but they refused to provide pictures, a video tour nor a viewing of the property I was enquiring about. They gave me pictures of a different house, a video tour of a different house and even refused to tell me the house number so I couldn't check how much my car insurance would be if I moved there, or the home insurance, the council tax, the internet speed as I work from home nor even be able to see where the house was located as it was a long ish road. They just kept insisting for me to fill in the application form even though they provided no accurate information whatsoever. Hard pass for me, can't really understand how they expect people to just be okay with not seeing a property at all and still rent it out
I have been waiting over a month since requesting access to my water meter and have been passed around to multiple emails and numbers to no avail. We deeply regret going with this agency as it has been really stressful ever since we moved in, I would not reccomend letting here. Emails back have sometimes been rude and very unhelpful. No one seems to have any answers. We were not allowed view our flat due to covid, we got in to a smashed hob which the landlord has refused to fix, this is actively chipping off every day.
Me and my flatmate were in a bit of a rush trying to find a new place for our third year of uni. we enquired about a property and very quickly we were talking to a team member from Ascend, Jess. Throughout the entire process she was very helpful and quick to respond. Having someone guide you through what would usually be a stressful process was great, would 100% recommend Ascend to anyone.
