Not happy with this company at all they come and go as they please yo collect the bin multiple times I had to call to ask why they didn't collect, many payments of extra weight that actually wasn't that weight example my bin is 60 sometimes kg and apparently iv put 186kg in it, which I know for a fact I didn't as was in December month which for obvious reasons is the month I use the bin less and specially in this pandemic this company is a joke do not recommend at all. Still awaiting on a refund for 2 weeks

The loud noise they make at 06:15 hrs dragging metal containers around can be heard for miles. No respect for local residents. Since writing this review the loud container moving has not been carried out at unsociable hours, well done Grundon. Maybe the way the containers are moved needs to be looked at.

Not great! Not one missed collection when with rabbit week later since they took over and missed collection! Then told next day in morning.. turned up at 1pm after having to argue. When I said about cancelling bloke on phone said well there’s no need for us to collect your cardboard today is there. Avoid.
