The review stands as below but with some extra comments. There is a balance, does one keep using a company because they do offer something different, or come to the realisation they are not willing to improve and meet ones needs. I really do feel they wouldn’t be as successful as the owner suggests if they had competition. Hopefully one day they will have some competition, not particularly customer focused. They should up their game and provide better quality produce. Given two stars as they respond to their reviews

Arthur's deliver a lot of local, organic produce you just can't get anywhere else unless you have your own allotment. I guess it's because they source it locally, from small gardens – something a larger company would find difficult if not impossible. Arthur's can also get stuff from overseas when necessary – and if you phone them they'll do their utmost to supply you with any organic vegetable or fruit you can think of. They're good people too!
We have thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful fruit, veg and eggs being delivered to the doorstep. They are always top quality for a great price and we have always been extremely happy about the service and the commitment to the green cause (i.e. no plastic packaging, bulk deliveries, preferably homegrown). Also, it was extremely good that you did not have to commit to regular deliveries and that there was no minimum purchase amount. We shall really miss this and it will be a challenge to find something similarly perfect in our new place. Highly recommendable!!!
Have used 'Arthurs' for a few years and as a source of quality local organic produce they can't be beat. To get any better locally grown organic produce you have to grow your own, or live down the road from a grower.
