Ordered shoes 9 days ago. Haven't received any correspondence beyond the initial order confirmation to confirm when they will be sent. Have emailed to ask when shoes will be dispatched.....24 hours later and still haven't received a reply. Getting a little concerned to be honest. Expected better service.
This website has been around for a while, about once or twice a year I would buy from them. Typically I do not look for expensive shoes. It has some good deals though, the ones I got are quite worth paying for, not too expensive but useful.

Cant really say im impressed. Have gotten a order confirmation at 16.12.20 and despatched order at 18.12.20. Im ordering from the first time from Norway. Have tried contacting Arthur Knight Shoes with a email at 28.12.20 which I yet as of 16.01.21 have not recieved an answer upon. When not getting any form of reply or help there is not much more to say than that I am dissapointed. Will update if anything changes but as of now i’ll leave one star because this is not professional service at all.
