Very poor bus service. Its fine using the bus station, but trying to catch a bus is a joke. They either fail to turn up, or are late, especially the X3 and 28 bus services to Lingdale. The drivers are not professional and are rude and arrogant, and fares are too high to justify paying for such a low quality service. It will sooner be cheaper to get a taxi than the bus!

Bus broke down on A19 and had to wait ages.
Use them all the time. Usually on time and the mobile app works great for tracking your bus in real time. Also they absolutely fine with my little dog boarding the bus for no extra charge and he is extremely comfortable during the journey .
