Lost my wallet on one of the bus routes. Called the next morning and Arriva had it in lost property. Also had my bus ticket in, Amanda the duty manager allowed me to ride whilst I waited to collect my wallet. Thanks for the great customer service.

Bus depot deeside
Just been refused to get on the number 13 from Nant Mawr road to Mold due to the driver having no change ...there are no shops along this road there's no signs saying must have correct money before boarding .. Theres no one managing there phones in Hawarden depo to file up this complaint ..your solely a company operating this multi million pound business refusing people because of short change when it's really not my fault or problem your policy needs reviewing to all drivers. ..stagecoach accepted me on this route
The driver stopped the bus every 5 mins for a call from a friend or a vape
We need shelter ferry lane saltney as it got knocked down traffic accedent .we all find it cold waiting there no shelter please replace soon thank you.
