I’d highly recommend Arnold & Phillips. Friendly and efficient service, prompt responses to enquiries and very helpful staff at our accompanied viewings. They could not have done more to assist the progress of our house purchase. Rebecca has been wonderful, keeping us informed when we have had queries

Great team, I called to organise a few viewings with the Southport branch. Mia explained all of these properties were now under offer, and as first time buyers the best position to be in is to have your details registered with all agents and to have spoken to a mortgage advisor. She offered to refer out details over to key mortgages and they've been great. Would highly recommend both! Thanks again.
Arnold & Phillips supported our purchase, and also enabled us to get the keys for our new home by working out of hours and going the extra mile. Mia kindly facilitated this. What was a stressful day ended in a good one. Thank you.
We recently purchased our home through Arnold and Philips. It was easy to arrange a viewing and feedback sought afterwards. We were kept up to date with how the offer we made was received, and thankfully accepted. Rebecca and Mia have been brilliant, really responsive and helpful. We had a few issues with solicitor response times, Rebecca and Mia helped nudge things along to get the chain complete before Xmas, nothing ever appeared to be any trouble! Thank you!
I’d like to give a big thank you to all the staff at Arnold Phillips and especially Mia Evans, Mia was plunged in the deep end to look after the sale of my property at short notice, and has since done an excellent and professional job working with all potential buyers.
