I would absolutely recommend this Arnold Clark Branch, specifically because they have one of the best salesman in there. A massive thank you to Chris Lock at this branch first of all you done everything you could to help me find and pick my first car which was exceptional, once I found the car I wanted you got me it to the branch as fast as you could, you made sure that it was perfect and your customer experience was second to none. Without that car I would never have passed my driving test so thank you!. This leads me to a year on although I love my car I needed something more practical with having a bigger family, I came back to Chris knowing what a fantastic experience I had on my first car and what can I say each time I've came to him he has done absolutely everything to get me the best car, the best deals and now thanks to him I've got the car I wanted being delivered. He has the best customer service and will do as much as he can to help get you the perfect car. I have and will continue to recommended people that are looking for cars to come specifically to Christopher as I know he will do the best and get the best for them. So if you are thinking about going here ask specifically for this salesman as he is amazing at what he does. Have a Fantastic Christmas!
I had an excellent experience with Chris Lock at Livingston Arnold Clark. Having spoken to Chris before visiting the showroom, he narrowed down the best options from numerous brands and models that suited the budget I was looking to spend. Furthermore, the car I ended up buying was delivered from Glasgow in a matter of days. Chris noticed a tiny scuff on the back end and arranged for that to be fixed, even when it was barely noticeable. It was also a seamless experience at the branch in Livingston. A demo of the car was followed by running through all the documentation and aftercare options. This was all conducted very efficiently in a completely pressure-free environment. The branch manager also popped over to introduce himself and mentioned to get back in touch if there were any issues with the car in the future. Having visited a few other showrooms in Edinburgh, I have to say, the service from Chris in Livingston went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend speaking to Chris and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.
