I purchased a Peugeot 308 in 2018 at this branch and got a 2 year service plan. I had a service done in 2019 and in 2020 I get an email in September saying my service is due. I call them just to be told my service plan expired in July so they would have to quote me for the service. Waited on the phone for about 10 minutes to be quoted 451 for the service of a car which is 3 years old and has 25k miles. I like to get my cars serviced at the main dealership, so I rang the Peugeot dealership in Manchester and they quoted me 199 for the same service. Avoid if you don't want to be ripped off.
Had a service here. Very friendly and professional staff. Also anti-COVID measures in place very effective. Recommended
