Grant Walker in the sales team is a great guy. Listens to what you want and gives good advice, doesn't go for the hard sell and let me drive the car away the same day. Now on to the bad stuff. I really think that used cars sold on to customers should be serviced to a reasonable standard after purchasing from the previous owner. I brought the car to a friend's garage for my first MOT since purchasing the car and had to replace the exhaust because it was cracked and heavily damaged with rust, and 3 of the tyres were at the absolute limit of being illegal. Considering i'v had the car less than a year, that was a hefty list of items that needed fixed so soon after I had bought it. I wish I had done my homework and checked all this out while buying the car (a learning experience for next time) but I don't think it's much to ask that the car at least has some cheap new tyres on it when selling it on to the next guy.

Receptionist, manager and in particular salesman Paul were all friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressurised, or that I was just another punter. So it was a good shopping experience. And I bought the car, which I love! Would definitely recommend. My best Arnold Clarke experience so far, and I've visited quite a few dealerships over the years!
