I financed a car this week from this store and I can’t think of a better customer service experience I’ve had in my life time. I was served by Ashley and she’s been excellent throughout the whole process making sure I was well informed every step of the way. 10/10 for service couldn’t have asked for a better saleswoman well done

Recently bought a car from this branch, first time dealing with Arnold Clark and I am grateful Auto trader guided me. Dealt with Lee Appleby who was great throughout the entire process. From arranging a video with the help of Jack, arranging finance and preparing the car prior to my visit. I flew from London and the car exceeded my expectation. It was the first time I purchased a vehicle via video viewing but the two videos Jack sent me was very detailed and crisp filming and great details explaining the condition including any minor issues. From the video I knew I would drive away so didn't hesitate to book a flight. Lee was great in arranging all the paperwork along with finance, very happy with Lees service and definitely would recommend buying through Lee. I've worked in motor sales and it's very competitive but Lee is truly a great salesman, honest and direct. For any first timers thinking of going to Arnold Clark, do not hesitate with this branch. Thank you all for the help and keep up the good work. PS. General manager also greeted me and thanked me at the end of the purchase.
We purchased a car from Scotland that was brought down to Arnold Clark birtley, where Brad handled our click and collect, let’s just say he was absolutely fantastic, he delivered amazing first class service and went above and beyond, nothing was a bother to him. Thanks again Brad.
I saw a car advertised online which I took a liking to (2019 Ford Focus Titanium). Drove down from SE Northumberland on Monday morning and drove my new car away on Tuesday afternoon. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful (s/o to Duncan) and I am very happy with my car. This was the first time I had been to the Arnold Clark Birtley Motorstore and I would certainly use it again and I’m more than happy to recommend it.
