Terrible experience with a terrible company manager, left 2 pairs of sunglasses in my car and when i called to ask if they found them the sales manger called Craig McSorley said no need to investigate the matter, he is a total lier and a very low quality sales man, shouldn't do that to customers my feeling is he nicked them which is why he was so defensive, never deal with these scums again, has no morals or dignity for others property

I cannot express how totally in awe I have been with the service that Aberdeen Motorstore in particular Chris Proctor has provided! Turns out it's a million times more worthwhile to use a store 5 hours away than one 5 minutes away!!! Thanks so much to Chris and the team!
Travelled up from Edinburgh after seeing a used car being sold here. Before the trip called to enquire about the condition of the car and was very specific about bodywork and interior. I was sent a personal video showing some chips on the bonnet, some scuffs on the side and wear of the alloys all normal for a car 7 years old. Wasn't until I inspected the car in person after driving 2.5hrs I discovered it had clearly been in a minor accident, instantly spotted the rear bumper was partially loose, boot door had damage and the boot sill was warped. How they failed to mention this on the video and advert is so disappointing. The managers response was \it's expected in a car of this age\. that's all fine but disclose that to customers before they travel such distance and what if the next customer to view might not understand the extent of this damage to repair and is sold the vehicle then discovers repairs in the thousands. Should not be selling cars with accident damage and certainly not without disclosing this. 300 mile round trip for nothing. Not even a sorry from anyone in the branch.
Reserved a Santa fe and travelled from Fife to view the car. Dealt with Vicki who said I couldn't test drive it as it hadn't been through the workshop. We agreed a few bumper scrapes to be done and the car would be ready the following weekend for test drive/collection. That date has past and nobody is replying to my emails (kevin) or returning my umpteen calls to the garage (Vicki). The car is now showing SOLD on the website but isn't to myself by the look of it. Very poor customer service, I have bought two cars previously from Arnold Clark in Kirkcaldy with no issues but this dealership is a joke. One star is a lot more than they deserve. Asked for my 99 deposit refunded as they obviously screwed up,so will wait and see how long it takes them to do that. Full of promises and met none of them.....
