Waiting for 1,5 hours and still the pizza wasn't there. Ordering and getting tea takes about 15 minutes. Main dishes were deliveres at the wrong table. After about 5 minutes they were taken away and still delivered at the correct table. Let's hope the pizza's were cold enough and spicey enough not to spread Corona haha. In many years I didn't have this bad experience!! And there were only like 3 tables occupied inside. I have seen better restaurants gone down during this Corona crisis. They reall don't deserve to stay in business.

1 star - for the pizzas, which were ok... 4 missing stars, for the lack of attention to customers... We were seated outside, per our request, along with 3-4 other tables. It took a VERY long time before the waiter came and took our order for drinks, and even longer before she returned to get our order for food. She told us straight up, that they had forgotten about us... We thought that they'd be more attentive from then on - but it took around 40 minutes before we got our 2 pizzas... The waitress told us that it was because it was peak hours, and they were busy; by this time, we were the only people seated outside, and there were 7-8 empty tables outside the restaurant, and even more across the street in the square - so if \peak hours\ and long wait is expected when the outdoor tables are vacant, perhaps it's time to downsize??? We finally got our pizzas, which were fine - very thin crust, which could hardly hold the toppings - but that's a matter of taste, and they were alright. Afterwards, we asked for our bill; when the waitress came, we had been charged for 4 pizzas and 2 beers, instead of 2 of each. The waitress didn't seem to notice that the bill which should have been 30 euros was 50 instead - quite a difference. She tried to laugh it off when we mentioned it. We visit Arnhem regularly, and have visited Donatello's 3 times; the first, the last, and the only time!!
Delicious pizza. I've been back both times I've visited Arnhem since discovering this place.
Excellent place, fantastic food and service! Authentic Italian pizza I can definitely recommend.
A great place to get decent food for relatively cheap. Do I have to say it has lost some of it's glory.
