I can't speak for the entire company - and your mileage may vary per recruiter - but I had an incredibly experience with CareerValue. As a pre-amble: I've as a software tester for a number of years and I frequently get approached by recruiters. That experience generally comes in two flavours: very bad and alright. There's so many recruiters out there that clearly don't read your profile/CV, use canned/templated emails for first time communication or treat you like you're some kind of asset rather than a human being or - in the worst cases I've had - pretend they know what's best for you and that they can read your mind. From time to time a recruiter approaches you that's just heads and shoulders above the rest, and the recruiter at CareerValue - who helped me find a new job - was exactly like that. Friendly, respectful and genuinely sympathetic through the entire process. Listening to what I said, thinking along when discussing options and what to look for, and it really felt like he was on my side. If I could I'd give 10 thumbs up rather than just the two I have :)
