There's quite a long queue these days. I think we waited 10-15 minutes. Half the parking bays are blocked off so people can socially distance (not that some people did and they weren't wearing masks either). Helpful staff
Great place nice happy friendly staff. Social distancing in force people respectfully recycling there waste. Always a pleasure to visit.
I am not sure if this is Covid-19 related but the staff were too cold and unhelpful. This made the experience much harder than it had been during my previous visits to household waste disposal sites.
Two emoloyees at the front gate of the site sat smoking under a parasol. Huge queue. Site was a mess. Best of all, wouldn't accept any plastic items for recycling because \they're all furloughed\. Was advised to recycle the items at home, but unfortunately the items are too big to fit in my plastic recycling bin (fairly obviously too big).
