Too busy , too many people not wearing masks and not enough tills open so big queues
Rubbish upstairs tills not open had to que for a long time down stairs.
If I could give less than a star I would, my brother and his family was shouted at and humiliated by a staff member in front of other customers. Staff was rude and has non sense how to deal with customers. Never going to shop there.
