Markethill Saleyard was good this morning, opens around 6am for farmers to drop off animals for sale. Due to Covid restrictions it is wise to go early as only so many people can be in the premises at a time. Well maintained premises with canteen facilities and a Farm shop,which carries a good range of products inc collectable Britain's farm toys for the child and the bigger child at heart
