Well stocked shelves, even though I did not succeed in getting all items on my list. Staff and customers all adhering to regulations. I was helped by a very kind , cheerful young lady who replaced the door mats on bottom shelf , as I have difficulty bending low at this time. Thank you. Once again I had a positive experience in B and M store.

Yesterday Thursday September 3rd 2020 I was shopping in this store. I have one hand and half arm in plaster. I want to praise the member of staff at the checkout. A male attendant went to great trouble to help me. The time was 3.40 p m. The checkout is the one nearest the exit door. Please convey my thanks to him. He is a real gentleman. He could see the trolley was very deep for me to remove items. He left the seat at the till to come around to help. When I was leaving he again left his seat, to make sure the exit door would be open for me. In this stressful time, when everyone is anxious, angry, impatient, it was such a kind act. Thanks again. R.White.(not Alwyn Wilson as indicated). Don't know how to change name to my own!!!
