I enquired to a few places for storage, by far Armadillo Stockton Central was the most professional, speedy and efficient in their response. Helen replied to my initial enquiry, she was very knowledgeable and offered me different options for my needs. I arranged to secure a 100ft storage unit, on arrival at reception I was met by Nicola, her bubbly personality was much appreciated and the process from registration to storing a few initial items was extremely stress free. Stress free, especially at the moment is very much appreciated. They adhere to high standards of cleanliness, social distancing etc.

Excellent service from Armadillo Stockton. Helen was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Right from the very first day I moved in she was very friendly and very professional. She took enough time to explain the whole process, paper work an guided me through choosing the best space to accommodate my storage needs. At check out it was freezing cold and she even provided my friend and I a hot drink each as it took longer than expected to move my stuff out of storage. Thanks Armadillo and a very special thanks to Helen for great customer service. She is a real gem for your company.
