Terrible experience, If I could give a 0 I would. I’m a teen mom and had just moved to Texas 8 months pregnant.. I went into labor around 39 weeks and when I first got in there I was told I wasn’t in labor.. which I was, in active labor. I was contracting and I was dialed and she sent me home knowing I lived an hour away, but as soon as I stood up my water broke so I got admitted into the labor and delivery. The nurses were so rude and kept making remarks making me feel bad for even becoming a mom at such a young age, then I didn’t get an epidural until 9cm and it got messed up and fell out of my back because the nurses were being so rough with me. I was getting prepared to push like they told me and all of a sudden a doctor came in and had told everyone I’m having a emergency c section and walked out the room. Didn’t give me time to process it or even talk to the person I had with me. Nothing. My son was not in danger so there was no point of the c section. I wasn’t even able to see my son until hours after I got into the recovery room then still wasn’t allowed to hold him while they’re doing all these things to him making him scream. I finally got tired of it and made them give me my son and he instantly stopped crying. Anyways fast forward 3 weeks when I got to take my bandage off it’s TOTALLY messed up... the absolute WORST scar I’ve ever seen, it healed good but the line goes across my stomach and then a total line down on my vagina?? I couldn’t get a answer of why I have a scar on my actual vagina AND below my stomach... 5 months postpartum and I still think about how traumatic this was regularly along with the most terrible back pain from messing up my epidural. Just my experience but I would definitely NEVER deliver another baby here.

The nursing staff and all the staff I interacted with to TH Arlington Memorial was phenomenal. I am blown away with the level of care, compassion and high level of professionalism that the nursing staff provided to my client while she was in labor and delivered at this hospital. The nurses went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. The midwives, nurses and doctors were not rushed or demanding about anything. They presented all the options with good bedside manner and compassion. I hope I have another chance to support a family there.

I came out to the ER and they treated me like so good never been treated so good at a hospital and no insurance but I was in a lot of pain they took me in and had taken care of me so good may take me forever to pay them off whatever definitely pay them off for the kindness and taking care of me and my issues still I'm just turning me away and giving me pain meds are medication and saying it'll get better

I had a heart procedure here. The Heart hospital has some really good caring people. Im 54 and its only my second time in hospital so my expectations are high! I was not disappointed! Its not a new hospital but they make up with good people! Dr. Amin is a good guy! I learned nurses don’t give last names so I can only say first names: Ehmie,Kalena, Roxy, Christina were great! So no worries if you come here! Just sit back an try to relax! Only complaint is the food! Besides that.... all good!
