Shelton's Water sent two service people to our home for a service call to refresh our carbon, filters, and resin. Amazed, actually, at the length of time we can go between calls as it's been more than 8 years and this system still works great. Kudos go out to Terry, Willie, and Whitney for taking such great care of my family's water needs. You guys are the best!!! Scott

Shelton’s Water did a great job with my whole-house water filtration system! The Kinetico product is great. Everyone I have been in contact with at the company is very nice and professional and seemed genuinely happy to work there, which tells me something about the company. Brenda was my sales consultant and she was thorough and informative, and very kind. She’s great at follow up on questions. The installation went pretty smoothly, though I noticed some cosmetic issues with the placement of the outdoor box that houses the equipment, and they came out and fixed it to my satisfaction without any issues. They were able to adjust the system so the water is soft, but to toooo soft, just the way I want it. There is no more chlorine in the water for my long, relaxing baths. I also got the reverse osmosis unit under the sink and WOW the water tastes great!!!!! Overall I’m very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend this company. And the system is great for my overall health and reducing toxins in my home. I love that aspect of it!
Shelton’s Water is a very professional company with a vast knowledge of water filtration and purification. I have been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years and the Kinetico product is THE top of the line for any of your water filtration, softening, RO or any other water purification requirements. The product is ALL Made in the USA!!! Very well built with an outstanding warranty. The product looks great when out for everyone to see as well. Our soft water system doesn’t leave any water spots on ANYTHING. We use a fraction of soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and shampoo. What a cost savings. Our RO water provides better tasting water than any water bottle you can buy. Our ice cubes are clearer and fridge water is pure. Best part is no more fridge water filter. Another cost savings. In my opinion, everyone should own a Kinetico system.
So Brenda came to our house and talked to us about the systems that Shelton’s Water provides. She was respectful and knowledgeable and she made you feel at ease. She sold me. :-) Christian & Willie came and did our install for us. They were both very sweet, respectful and of course knowledgeable. These days it’s hard to let people come in your home when your alone but they didn’t give be any Uncomfortableness at all. I appreciate their professionalism and they did a great job! I feel a difference in the water and I’m so happy! :-) Thank you Shelton’s Water for your product and your great team that you have! ;-)
I can say that Brenda is our Shelton's Water Girl. She came to our house and talked to us about the water hardness issues with city water nowadays and also informed us about the advantages of non-electric Kinectico systems over the traditional electric systems. She was very knowledgeable and made me and my wife feel at ease and answered all our questions and concerns. She was very professional and respectful and never pushed us to buy the products unlike some other local water guys in the market, untill I was satisfied. Christian & Willie were our install guys, wow! they both were very knowledgeable, professional and knew what they were doing. All the way from plumbing to drilling to finishing up the job to cleaning post job completion they did a great job. The install looks very clean and very good, I really appreciate their professionalism. Thank you Brenda and Shelton’s Water for your product and the great staff that you have!
