As far as the staff...I had the most wonderful experience here. They were very nice . Jeff the technician was AWESOME! He was very funny and he made me feel as comfortable as he could within his power. I love the Bose sound system, lol. He also let me listen to 97.9 The Beat. I was jamming too. I just had a hard time laying on that table because of my pain, but there wasn't much to be done about that. Jeff offered to break the visits up because I had 4 MRIs to be done. He just wanted me to be comfortable. I would recommend this place to every one. The receptionist was awesome too. I just can't remember her name.

The Critic

More than 2 hour wait at this place..make sure you bring snacks , your work and whatever other responsibilities you may have for the day. The scheduling at this place is inconsiderate towards your time and effort to be here early. The staff here is very nice but even the staff are extremely frustrated at how their corporate office has lack of vision and responsibility at their patient's well being. What a lack of professionalism and humanity I've experienced at this place. If you want to be treated like a tagged animal ,welcome. But if you have compassion and empathy for human beings please go elsewhere. This is why our healthcare system is broken and people lose hope. They kept an older gentleman waiting... His response, \I have cancer do you think I have time to wait?\ My heart aches for the unfortunate people that have no choice but to come here. God bless. Horrendous!!!!!!!!

Disrespectful and dont really think that you are hurting just feel like u there for only 1 reason. Couldn't get everything done that's needed bc of time but had to wait 20mins to see dr if u are a person of color plzzzzz dont go here if I could rate lower I would

I was here for two MRIs and a CT scan. I waited for almost an hour before I approached the check-in window to ask how much longer it would be. The lady behind the window asked me if my appointment was for 5:00 as it was approximately 5:00 by this time. I told her no it was for 4:00. She picked up the phone and called someone, then told me it would be about 20 more minutes for my MRIs and that my CT scan would have to be rescheduled because the equipment was not working. She then asks if I would like to reschedule. REALLY? I was extremely disappointed because the whole purpose was for all my imaging to be done in one appointment!!! I told her no I don't think I want to waste this much time AGAIN!!! It is now 5:30 and I am still waiting!!!!
