Wonderful experience for our family while visiting for the Big 12 Championship football game 2020. Adam and the entire staff took care of us. Pro tip...if you can’t get reservations try the bar area. It was amazing and live music by Nash, a wonderful pianist from the area. The views are incredible, even from the tables in the bar. Enjoy!

We first came two years ago for dinner the night I proposed. We’ve been looking forward to coming back ever since. Last night’s service, ambiance, drinks, and of course the food was excellent. As a former French-rustic chef and fine-dining restaurant owner, this is one of my two favorite restaurants I town. To top it off, you are sitting on the 9th floor with a great view. Thanks for giving us another really great dining experience. The goat cheese and beet salad was the bomb.

11, on a scale of 1 to 10. Using likert? Very Satisfied Red roses hand-delivered by the owner for all of us out for GALentines. Really? How thoughtful! Impeccable service, gracious team of greeters & hosts, and a top-notch setting in all respects. We were an eclectic group ranging from young professionals to a grandmother of 6. We raise kiddos from 8 different cultures & our professions have a wide variance. And you know what? We all felt welcomed, included, & valued @ Mercury Chophouse - Arlington. Such a gem & we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate the gift of fabulous female friendship this GALentines/Valentines weekend.

Exceptional service. The wait staff was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Apps were both great. Asparagus was cooked perfectly-tender throughout, onion rings had a mild sweetness, and mushrooms were flavorful. Pass on the Caesar or beet & goat cheese salads. The ribeye came out overcooked, then undercooked, then correct. So they did get it right but disappointing that it wasn't to begin with. The filet was perfect to begin with though over-charred. The piano is nice but the singing wouldn't be missed. Overall, a memorable experience but there are better options for the price or better values for a lower price.
