I recently had my third child via scheduled c-section on 2/11/2021. I was a tad bit nervous since we moved from Houston in October but the staff was amazing. Let me start by thanking my labor and deliver nurse Estrella (Star) she was amazing she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable before the procedure. The anesthesiologist (Dr. Moran), tech, Obgyn (Dr. Reese-Holley) were also amazing during the procedure with making sure I was comfortable from start to finish. The postpartum nurses (Both Sara’s) we’re awesome they took great care, time, and patience with me that I will always appreciate. Overall a great a experience!!!!

New to the area, read good reviews when searching for somewhere local to get treated, and I must say I'm grateful for the care I received here on Thanksgiving Day. Every single staff member was so polite, caring and informative. Down to the way the staff communicated with eachother was reassuring I was in the right place. It was a quick and pleasant process.. considering I was dreading going in (anxiety/fear of covid). It was one of the most convenient ER visits I've ever had. Patients are allowed one guest which I was also grateful for!! Covid safety protocols in effect the moment you walk in. I really felt the genuine hospitality and comfort. I would highly recommend this facility. Big THANK YOU to all the workers that helped me that day! Y'all are awesome! I hope yall know that your hard work doesn't go unnoticed and you are so appreciated. God bless!
First and foremost I must give thanks to Mrs./Ms. Freda C. labor and delivery nurse. Her bedside manner is exceptional! The care and attention I received from her was the best. She was attentive to every single need I had. Her patience with me every step of the way was needed and so reassuring. No question was too much she was informative. Her tenderness of giving a hand to hold when needed is a special touch. I have tears of joy because she was everything I needed and more. Nurse Freda cared in such a way that I felt it in my soul like a mother caring for her child. I am so grateful to have had her as my nurse. Medical City Of Arlington hired an extraordinary nurse when they hired Freda C. Not really sure that her care can be taught but there is a whole lot that others may learn from her. She is the epitome of proper nursing all the way around. Again, I am not able to thank her enough. When it comes to the facility and additional care I received I was taken care of. The hospital is extremely clean with all necessities readily available. The additional staff that I came into contact with did their job it’s just that nurse Freda was the one that was top tier. I appreciate the care I received thank you.
The only problem that I had was that the nurses did not wear gloves. I had to ask each one that came into my room if she was going to put on gloves. I was told by one nurse that she did not like to and she had her Covid Shot. Really people!!!! The Covid shot protects you not me. One nurse dropped blood on the floor and left it there. I had to ask another nurse if she would clean it up. There was another nurse wiping her nose and after she was done she put the tissue back in her pocket and didn't wash her hands.
I went to hospital on February 10th by ambulance. One arrive the nurse was very kind and good. However the doctor came in and barely talked to me. I'm in serious pain and unable to walk right now also slight chest and shoulder pain. The doctor asked have I been walking before. I said yes. I have major swelling and pain in my left leg from knee to foot. He gave me Tylenol and morphine. The did blood work and an ultrasound on my leg. He came back in room and said no clots. Then he said He didn't know what was wrong with me and discharged me. I still couldn't walk. I had to get an ambulance to take me back home. I woke up next morning pain is now in my whole left leg and hip and back. I can't get around at home and I'm not sure what this is. I have insurance also. My symptoms are worse now. I have never been treated like this before at a hospital.
