I have been coming here for a while now, I appreciate that they keep the beds clean, and the staff is outgoing. They have good promotions and their hours are convenient. I would definitely recommend this location.

This is one of the best tanning salons that I’ve been to in quite some time. You see results after every use - and the bulbs in the beds are change frequently so you definitely get your moneys worth. The lotions are not high priced like other tanning salons and the customer service is excellent! Very friendly staff and management!
I’ve gone to a lot of tanning places and this place is by far my favorite. Extremely clean and offers great deals along with amazing products. The staff is so friendly and very helpful when it comes to membership details and tanning supplies. I talked to a young woman named Kylee and she was very informative, helpful, and friendly. Definitely 5 stars, I’m so happy I found this place!
The absolute best spray I’ve ever had! Their machine doesn’t compare to all the others and I’ve been an avid tanner (mostly spray) for 15 years! Super even, great price, great specials and most of the staff is really nice!
Worst business manners i have ever dealt with. The contract associated with Flash Tan is a scam. They will keep billing you as long as they like and then make you pay them for services not used. Trying to cancel the service is almost impossible. Stay away or at least be very careful when dealing with this place.
so i am very disappointed with my last visit. this is was not my first time going to flash tan and just a couple weeks ago i got a bronze level 3, same as this time, and it was DARK. which was what i wanted but this time, i get there with other girls on my cheer team and when my 2 friends come out, who also got level 3s, they looked like they just got level 1s. they noticed and told the lady they didn’t mean to give her a hard time but they didn’t seem as dark as normal. she was clearly annoyed with us and tried to explain as if we’ve never gotten spray tans before that we need to wait for it to develop. but we’ve gotten level 3s before and knew what it was supposed to look like right after. she went to check on the machine and came back and said the bronze was full. she also said we have fair skin so it won’t be as dark. but again, we’ve gotten level 3s before and know what it’s supposed to look like. i go into the room and the floor is soaking wet. the bottom of my feet are immediately covered in tanner and i hadn’t even started yet. i go in the booth and when i started, the machine didn’t even feel like it was spraying anything. it felt like thin air, it wasn’t even dense like normal. i finish and get out look in the mirror and it looked like i just got a level 1. i’m home now and it’s been about an hour and a half and nothing has gotten darker. i am so disappointed and the lady working was clearly annoyed and treated us different just because we are in high school.
I used to go to another tanning salon in Arlington Heights. I was happy with it but it was expensive and I don’t like that I would have to keep turning in the bed to get an even tan. Flash Tan is sooo much better! Not only is it cheaper but I get a better tan in less time! I’ve never had such an even tan as I get with the Flash tanning booth. I actually like standing. Plus there is so much parking.
So i had a membership here and canceled it around the beginning of the year. Yet I was still getting billed monthly for a membership that was supposed to be canceled. Than I came back in June to cancel a SECOND time since it should have been canceled and I had not come into the salon to tan at all during that time believing this membership was canceled. So I asked for a refund at least for a couple months since it was an error on their end. But was denied because they did NOT have a record of me canceling the first time. They seem to be every unorganized or their systems might not work properly but there was nothing they could do because offer me a free month which doesnt make up for the 6 months of charges that they charged me on a canceled membership. I wont be doing any business with this company. Seems very dishonest and unaccommidating. Wish I could rate this negative stars.
