Great experience buying my GV80. Joe Grafton took over the experience right when I called in and has been professional, courteous, and reasonable. When I arrived to the appointment, they were expecting me and had my GV80 waiting by the front door. I was assigned Andy Espinosa to complete the rest of the transaction with me. Although the transaction is being completed technically at a Hyundai dealership - Joe and Andy made it feel truly like a luxury car buying experience, like I was buying a Genesis. The only thing I would change about the experience was the music they were playing in the lobby. It was all country music all the time! ;-) Needless to say, I will be referring friends and family to Joe for their next Genesis!
We recently purchased the Genesis GV80. The service at Mirak is impeccable! Andy sold us our car and he went above and beyond to complete our purchase quickly. We came from a distance on a very busy day and he made it happen! We are beyond happy with the service we received from our first phone call, to speaking with the manager, to working with Andy and dealing with the business office. I had an exceptional experience at Genesis of Arlington. I was easily able to make an appointment at a convenient time. I showed up early and my salesman, Michael Howard, was ready for me. He was very personable, easy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the Genesis line, and most importantly was open, honest, and presented me with an extremely fair deal right from the outset....no playing games!
