I enjoyed taking the “Intro to Pistol Shooting” class with Mr. Tony Arbelaez as the instructor. Within the first 30 minutes I was convinced that I had made one of the best decisions I could have ever made. Learning the basic fundamentals of a Shooting Range to knowing how to protect my rights as a gun owner were great topics. I strongly recommend this class to women of all ages! If you are looking to take a class that will truly teach you how to use a gun, this is certainly the class. I had only been shooting a couple of times prior to the class. When I signed up, I was nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. But I can honestly say, the class exceeded my expectations! The class was fun, interesting and informative. Mr. Arbeleaz was patient and encouraged questions throughout the entire day of training. He made me feel at ease even when I would digress back to bad habits (i.e. Not holding my position on the range). But he continued to repeat himself until I finally begin to hold my position without thinking about it. I still have more practice to do, but I’m off to a great start by attending this class and learning how to properly use and handle my pistol. And I really liked cleaning my own pistol, it helped me become much more comfortable with handling it. Next stop…I’m on my way to get my LTC. So, I will be back in class with Mr. Arbeleaz and I’m looking forward to it!
