Very efficient and polite. Kept me as the customer fully informed. Followed by a very quick issue of the goods and subsequent delivery. My 3rd time of purchasing from Arkwrights and certainly will not be my last.

Really helpful owner. Has a huge range of whiskies as well as home brew equipment, gin and some wines. But malt whisky is his speciality.
Huge selection, had a hard to find whisky in stock that i had been looking for, lovely staff. Wish it was more local to me.
