I had heard some pretty bad things about Khun since I moved to town. Flash forward a year and my new business had a major issue with our sewer line. I called every plumber in town and nobody would show so I called Kuhn. Well Kuhn sent a guy who gave those toilets hell for about an hour before we closed. Our guy said he would be back first thing in the morning. Since I'm a former contractor I showed up early to get toilets and fixtures out of his way. Eventually they sent a second guy with more knowledge to help the other guy. Well we all brain stormed on what the issue was and we found the problem. I did the digging to make sure when the guys got back with parts they could correct the issue. They did an amazing job got it fixed and upgraded the outside system to even protect my business with a back water valve and blow off like it should be. Come billing time I braced for the worst. But to my surprise the billing was fair and affordable and less then I expected. I want to thank you guys for doing a great job and not over charging me as I expected.

I called them to install outdoor lights several months ago. Their bill came back for more than what was quoted. They didn't install them properly to where they are starting to fall off. After talking to the owner, he said their office manager quit and their electrician lost their license. That didn't sound good. I just want my lights fixed. I've talked to 3 other people there and had several appointments to come out and no one showed up. They are unresponsive to messages and emails. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM! - UPDATE: After posting this review, they came out and did the repairs.

They blew in here today and in two hours had me up and running again. To say that they all are life savers is an understatement. Then to top it off they set me up on financing. I am on a pretty close to a fixed income and they we're able to work with me.
