Had a massage today, was lead into something that resembled a brightly lit hospital room (not what you expect from a fancy spa place), then the massage table had no place to rest your head looking downwards- more like an old table covered with cloth, which meant that you had to have your head turned on the side for long periods at a time causing severe neck pain when you had to turn your head to the other side... A massage, in my opinion, is supposed to be an immersive experience where you can relax and drift away - but since this was a brightly lit hospital room with a sub par massage table, music playing from the masseuse’s phone (only interrupted when she got a message or notification from someone) - this did NOT live up to what could be expected from a high end spa place. Masseuse said that ‘because it is high season they didn’t have a dark room available with a proper table’ - but you still get to pay full price .. If you don’t want to risk getting the same experience as I did - I recommend finding a different place. 3 out of 5 stars at most! :/
