Aberslutly discusted. The owner John wanted to punch my face in today after a quarrel over been given the wrong springs on my van. Said one thing to me over the phone and him and his staff claimed something Totally different today. Shocked with the guys temper as there was no need for it. So abusive to me. I've got the wrong springs on my van which was ordered by his staff not me. I have to buy the right ones and keep my fingers crossed that the manufacturer will compensate me for the first pair I bought. It's my fault for not checking they were the right ones. Well I put my trust in your expertise and after spending 400 on parts that weekend I naw have to strip my van down again buy the right springs and fit them again. So thanks a lot arjays I will not be using your device again as one final thing to add. No John I wouldn't go to Tesco to buy and complian. I wouldn't Rip open boxes to check they were what was advertised on the box. Tesco would get it right the first time. Clearly you had one job and failed me. No need to be so abusive about it. I just want springs for my van. Not a mouthful. Being spat at and threatened to have my face punched in. All the best
