Purchased a replacement engine from the shop. Had questions about some of my other parts. Jim was very helpful with answers. After assembly I had a water leak. Again Jim was very helpful an let me know what I needed to do to fix my leak. Excellent service. Would recommend shop if work or parts are needed
Wow, quick same day service during peak season. Jim was understanding of my urgency and literally started working on my jet immediately. 30 min later it was done! Highly recommended!
My 2008 Seadoo Sportster died on Saturday. AZ Jet Ski has done a bit of work for me in the past so I took it right over. The owner - Jim - stayed late Saturday, worked Sunday morning and by 2pm it's all fixed and back in my garage. New wear ring installed. Pretty spectacular service at a decent price. Thanks so much Jim! You came through for me again.
Jim is fantastic! He saved my boat (and possibly my marriage!) My local lake is 7800 feet above sea level, and my 2020 Yamaha SX195 which is rated for a top speed of 53 mph at sea level could barely manage 31 mph at my local lake. It was such a disappointment that I was prepared to pull the drain plugs and let my lame, slow-poke boat sink to the bottom of the lake! But thankfully, I called Jim first! He set me up with a high-altitude impeller from Solas that he had custom-pitched by Glen at Impros. I took my boat back to my over-mile-high lake this past weekend and the boat ran 44 mph! The boat also accelerated much harder and with very little cavitation. Jim is incredibly helpful and responsive. He also seems to be a genuinely nice guy who sincerely cares about customer satisfaction. I'm certainly satisfied and so very grateful! Thank you Jim!!
