We had a caregiver that was wonderful with our special needs child until the worker started showing up consistently late she would make her breakfast at our home and eat while my child was waiting on her to begin work. The worker missed 5 days of work in less than a month we decided to hire another worker two days a week in case the original worker was ill or had training upon informing the care worker of the new hire she was excited and open to the idea. The next day her supervisor called us to inform us that our care taker would no longer be working with us. This puts my family in a bad situation with our child that has seperation and anxiety disorder that leads to seizures. Please people research your caregivers agencies

I kept getting told that there was a new client for me constantly and never got a new client. It’s been more than a month now. I was also told that I would get a 40 bonus for covering a shift and I didn’t receive my bonus, this happened twice. The supervisors don’t communicate unless it’s beneficial to them. I’m over this company and will be finding a new job. They have wasted time that I could have been using to make money somewhere else. Thumbs down from me.
They are not reliable, They send us untrained people as the name of ABA therapist. We have been with Arion Care solution for over 2 years. I don't recommend them for any kid to get reliable service. Try others
Arion homecare is a great agency they pay on time and you get hours. The supervisors work with you and answer any questions , if not someone from the company calls you. Great company that appreciate their workers!!!
I am putting in complaints against the licenses of certain therapists as well. They have “professionals” working there that do not understand HIPAA and are very poorly trained. We were horrified at the lack of understanding of HIPAA, ARS, and autism and it’s co-occurring conditions.
