23/11/2020 - Absolutely disgrace with the service provided by customer represantative and manager level. I had arrived at WOKING RETAIL PARK ARGOS. Both ladies insisted I order product online as for petty reason they can not check stock availability, despite holding a handheld device which has product finder. I ordered within 3 minutes and that item is ready to collect same store. I provided FT number with message stating PRODUCT READY AND COLLECTED BY 1st DECEMBER. Both employee insisted i would have to collect this on 1st December. Laura the MANAGER was unhelpful and would not double check availability in her store. IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY ,but she did not care and cancelled the transaction. Upon arriving home ,My wife checked , ITEM WAS READY FOR COLLECTION AND TO BE COLLECTED BY 1ST DECEMBER!!!!Clearly both argos representative need to study English and Customer service at its poorest level. Customer service head office agreed this is not acceptable and should have clearly read and checked inside store.

Usual Argos set up. Staff nice, parking free. Be very careful parking on a Friday, park more than one hour and you’ll get fined

Very very poor items. I got a Smart tv and i pay 500 ,after 6 month was broken, i got a houver, after 3 month broken!!! Very Poor quality !!!!!!!!! Not recomand e

Poor customer service during lockdown had to order on broken app which charged me double. Assistants couldn't care less.

It used to be the go-to place for household goods. Its system of placing your order and the goods delivered later is the fore-runner of the internet shopping system. It appears to be a shadow of its former self and will be see these shops within Sainsbury’s in the near future.
