I went to Argos about 4 ish 23rd Dec. The young man outside (not sure if security or Argos employee) was so helpful and polite, such a rarity today. He was young and of ethnic origin, I have put this description so he gets the recognition he deserves. Polite, helpful and well mannered, definitely in the right job, dealing with the public. Well done young man, your parents should be proud of you.

The staff were very friendly and polite, a sales assistant named Chelsea was especially helpful. But the service was very slow, they had 7 people at the back that weren’t picking up the orders, they were just chatting and spinning in circles.

My son went to the lakeside store to spend his Christmas gift cards today only to be told he wasn't able to as he was under 18 and wasn't allowed to spend more than 30, he wanted a product that was way over the amount, so now smething he really wanted and had saved up for he was prevented from buying. There is no notice up to inform customers.Needless to say not one member of my family will be purchasing anything from argos ever incredibly unfair.
