I placed an on line order for 2 sunchairs(home delivery). When they arrived I could not operate them so was advised by Argos contact centre to take them to my nearest store where someone would look at them to see if they could resolve the problem.( Sleaford store). A lady by the name of Bev dealt with the problem and arranged for the chairs to be collected from my home and a different chair to be delivered. Bev was helpful ,understanding , professional and very customer friendly. She is a credit to Argos.
