I had ordered 3 plastic storage boxes for click and collect, and a friend was going to be collecting them as they were going through Coleraine that day. They collected the boxes to realise as they walked out, that there were 3 lids, and only 2 boxes. Immediately they went back in and mentioned it, the member of staff looked for the box and couldn't find it (strange how a box can go missing and the lid didn't isn't it). The only options were to take the 2 boxes and get a partial refund of 5.50 (is was 16 for 3), or leave them and get a full refund. But as I was not there, they said they couldn't refund the money to the account I used to pay in the first place, and gave a gift card with the amount on it, which is total nonsense, if it can be done on Amazon, eBay and PayPal etc, why can't Argos do it? I don't want an Argos gift card frankly as I don't want to shop with them after this poor service, and I had spent ages finding the right set of boxes in one of my closer stores, only for them to not be in stock, ridiculous.

Fasttrack? More like snailtrack. Waited 20 mins on a supposedly fast service. Was served by someone who was rude. First time I've ever received such terrible customer service at argos. Wish he was wearing a name badge so I could name and shame!
