Argos Great Yarmouth Retail Park

My granddaughter and I went to look for a cover for a tablet that I had bought for her younger brother's birthday. They didn't have any in stock. The man said he could order me 1 but it would be 10 to 14 days. I need it for the 14th September for my grandsons 8th birthday. I purchased 1 from a phone shop in Market Gates in Great Yarmouth Norfolk. I like Arg9s because normally you can get what you need here. Plus it's 1.5 miles from my home. Well worth a visit on Gapton Park.

Went there on the 16th of September to collect items for my sons birthday. Asked For a hard copy of the receipt which they refused Will only send in an email. when my son opened his presents one of them was faulty so I went back to Yarmouth to return item.i had full details for on my Argos account I.e. Date order number and how i paid, but they said I needed Email receipt. I went through all my inboxes not one email From Argos.They refused me a refund and only offered me a credit note, which would be all good in well if I actually used argos but as per usual things bought from ther are faulty and need returning. will not be using argos anymore. Poor service and staff
