Terrible customer service - purchased a lightsaber for my son for Christmas, it was the only thing he wished for and quite frankly the only thing I could afford. Upon opening the box, we found half of the lightsaber was missing ( see below ). I was absolutely appalled and had to break it to my seven year old son that santa was not real. Upon trying to return this lightsaber, they refused a refund and told me I could have a 10 euro replacement voucher instead, despite the fact that I payed 25 for the lightsaber itself which was taken out of my weekly dole! Outrageous, do not purchase from here if you are weak hearted or vulnerable - because they will crush you, down to your last tear. Kind regards , Fort Nite
Reserve online and you'll be out in 10 minutes. The card pay machines are great and staff are always friendly and helpful if you need them but it's a very simple service. Products have always been as advertised and you get what you pay for.
Staff don't wear masks and almost all customers dont. I was in PowerCity before here were your not aloud in with out one. The heakyhc and safety of staff and the public is at risk.
Good store. Helpful. Brought item back that was faulty, no problem replacing or refunding. Free parking outside.
Returned laptop for repair a month and a half after purchase. After being quoted 7-10 days, they held my laptop for a month and then they cancelled the repair without my permission. This was during my final year in college and I needed a laptop to work on my dissertation. Because of this, I was forced to accept a replacement which was a severe downgrade as the original laptop was on sale. This also meant that I had no further recourse. I have never before encountered such malicious incompetence. Purchase at your own risk.
