Had to take a broke kindle back to this store during covid19 messures were in place for the virus and there was no problem at all getting a refund the girl who served me kassey was so nice and helpful I walked out the store grinning like a Chester cat better than other experiences at other argos stores
Staff communication isn't great. We had an issue which the manager had been informed about by their head-office, partner was spoken to like dirt until the manager came out and verified what she had said was right. No apology from staff.Can see why Argos are failing in a world dominated by good customer service from the likes of Amazon and John Lewis.
Convenient location but, due to its small size, stock is limited. Best to order online a couple of days ahead.
Great product range. Minimal queuing. Large car park. Located within Sainsbury supermarket.
