Used order online and collect in store. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The store was a little quieter than usual, but that isn't surprising due to covid 19. There was no waiting to get the store either. Ample sanitising products available and the staff were taking all the necessary precautions.

Disgusting service and terrible policy! My statutory rights have been breached! I cannot get a refund a faulty pair of earphones because they’ve been used! WTF? There are better places to shop. Argos must’ve had a policy change recently because I couldn’t exchange the wrong size slow cooker (unopened) for a bigger one recently. Stay away!
