I had an issue with a faulty laptop and dealt with Lee who was fantastic from start to finish, working with a smile on his face and delivered great customer service to all customers in the branch while I was present. Great to see such great service during these difficult times, someone like Lee is a credit to your company and has made me walk out knowing my issue has been looked after in the best way possible. Should be a system in place that you don't have to queue with sainsbury shoppers just to collect an item!!!!
