Hi - we have been getting our cakes from Heriots for over 20 years for various family celebrations and Tea time, their quality of cakes or service has not once diminished and even after change of ownership, the service and quality is seemless - many thanks Deena.

We booked Heriots to cater for our wedding this month, firstly we have to say that the food was served correctly and professionally on the day. However, we were not happy with the service prior to the wedding day. We originally met with a guy called Mark who was amazing and ironed everything out for our day and wrote it up in a quote, Mark was also amazing on our wedding day and was in charge and efficient. However when we came for the second we meeting with a different guy, we weren’t as happy. He pulled a part mark’s quote when it was a month before our wedding and wasn’t a very customer friendly person. He made us incur additional charges and did not honour the previous quote. The issues weren’t that big (neither were the charges) but the way he put the issues forward made us very anxious and concerned about their abilities. Even though we cannot fault their service on the day, we cannot say we were 100% satisfied with their attitude on the run up to the wedding. We had a lovely day where Arens provided catering for our event. The food was great, the staff were friendly and professional and, despite having several dietary requirements amongst our guests (even vegan), Richard was very responsive and met all our needs. And, the price was very competitive. So, nothing not to like!
Cake Expert right here, been eating cake since I knew how to chew. Heriots cake has become my number one place to purchase cakes and always recommend others to do the same. They offer many types of cakes some ready made others on request. The first time I tried heriots cake I was mind blown but the way they are baked; soft, smooth, creamy and tasty. Words cannot describe how nice the cakes are, best way is to try them yourself. Well worth a visit.
Our chosen menu was well presented, tasty, and the amounts of food were decent too. They were happy to work to our timing on the day and the staff were friendly and reliable. It made the Baptism of our granddaughter easy and a very happy day indeed. Would definitely recommend. Thank You Heriot.
