We totally recommend this hotel is very clean, cozy and the bed is really confortable. The host is really friendly and helpful. Also they have sufficient parking spots which is good if you come by car. The hotel is really close to Balea Lac with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Also the food in the restaurant is really good. We totally recommend.

Everything was excelent and the food was delicious.
A great experience, with a warm welcome, good food on my taste, and with a room standard much above any fancy hotel. The environment is...wordless. I might fight with a bias, being addicted to mountain zones, but still prevails. Thanks !
Great hotel, modern and spacious rooms, very friendly hosts. The outside terrace and restaurant offers delicious traditional food and a somewhat fancy vibe in an otherwise rustic environment, at affordable prices. There are plenty of sights in the area, including the breathtaking Vidraru Lake, the Poienari fortress and, of course, the iconic Transfagarasan road.
The hotel is very nice, recently opened, with modern amenities. When you sit inside your room, you feel like you are in a hotel from a big city, only when you go outside and see the hills covered with forests you remember that you are actually near the tallest mountains in Romania. This place is a good choice for anyone interested in exploring the famous Transfagarasan road and all the other landmarks from the area. Food is also good, with local and international specialties on the menu and the hosts are great people.

Hotelul este in regulă, condiții moderne. Când am fost cazat pentru o noapte, nu am avut apă deloc. Alți turiști mi-au zis că apa a fost oprită de 10 ore deja. In rest, mâncarea de la restaurantul hotelului este oribilă. Piept de pui gătit insuficient, era crud pe interior, și nu doar o singură dată. Când am spus de acest incovenient, pur și simplu s-a luat bucata de pui din farfurie și s-a pus pe grill înapoi. Pe meniu erau 3 feluri de ciorbă și acelea indisponibile, puteai să alegi doar din altele 3.
